Leadmaster has limitations because it is not a records management system. Educational institutions must understand that this product is designed for enrolling students, not tracking them through graduation.

Moreover, Leadmaster has allowed us to easily integrate the data from admissions into our institutional management system.

PROS

Before subscribing to LeadMaster, I was on a trial period with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infusionsoft. Regarding an overall inclusive CRM, I rate the LeadMaster product the highest by far.

While Salesforce is a multibillion-dollar organization, it created an application that requires a trained system administrator. The subscription fees to purchase the app exceeded our budget. Moreover, the consulting fees and upfront costs were needed to get it to work.

Furthermore, each version was unique to the industry. This created challenges as we had sub-companies using different codes, which were unlikely to sync.

With LeadMaster, we purchased one tool that could be used for all departments, all data management leads, and marketing. LeadMaster is the way to go for marketing and generating leads with an effective CRM.

Moreover, the customer service is remarkable. I was working late at night on a project and got stuck. I emailed a concerned rep and expected a response the following day.

She responded and stayed up late to ensure my concern was solved. She guided me to take a step-by-step video, which resolved the problem.

With Salesforce, the people who sell you the product need to learn more about what they are selling and will send you template instructions and videos.

As stated, each business and industry is different; you need automation and customization. With a reasonable fee, the LeadMaster setup will fit your business like a glove. You can take my word for it or try the demo yourself.

Would I recommend this product? Of course!

CONS

I have no prevailing concerns. Their customer service is always on top of any concerns I have. They tend to your business needs effectively and efficiently.

As a sales manager and business owner, I’ve worked with about a half dozen CRM systems, including Salesforce.

I’ve encountered resistance from sales reps who wanted to remain steadfast in their old habits, and I’ve encountered CRM providers who aren’t as responsive “after” the sale. Also, I’ve had CRM systems that stalled progress and potential.

Just over one year ago, I contacted a former colleague and asked if there was anything “fresh” in CRM. He pointed me to Leadmaster, claiming that his clients loved it and found it the most functional CRM they had ever used.

After touring the website and experiencing a demo with Tony, I was fascinated and eager to use the application for one of my clients.

So far, I’ve installed Leadmaster on three clients’ platforms: a medical device company, a dental manufacturer, and a biometric company. The nurturing/drip marketing, email tools, and reports features are outstanding.

More importantly, the sales reps who are introduced to Leadmaster immediately witness the benefits of the “marketing tools on steroids” and embrace the entire process. Eventually, the rep recognized that having a Leadmaster at their side is the equivalent of hiring the best personal assistant one could find.

Lastly, any CRM installation and build-out will require service. At Leadmaster, I speak with the “exact” same customer service contact each and every time! They already understand my objectives, so I don’t have to start each service issue by offering an entire history.

I judge things by measuring their ability to meet expectations. Leadmaster has exceeded my expectations. It has also erased some of the distaste I have had from bad experiences with CRM providers in the past.

We diligently utilized the software, creating reports that showed the effectiveness of our salespeople in each step of the sales process. Subsequently, we got a clearer picture of where they needed coaching.

PROS

I liked the easy access to data, the tons of reports, and the ability to create custom reports. I also liked the ability to schedule actions and have the system automatically send reminders and/or emails.

CONS

We initially struggled to define a workflow to prevent duplicate customers. Yes, automation business is available through all areas within the application; however, we needed some additional training to understand how to create complex business rules.

Like most CRMs, the more organized your company’s data and processes are, the faster you can get your system up and running and focus on user adoption and training. Likewise, if these things are addressed after setup, you can avoid messing up with useless data and reports.

PROS
What I liked most about this app is that it asks customers to decide what information they need and how they want to access it. It also integrates very well with Outlook and Google Calendar.

CONS
What I liked least about this app is that the initial questions regarding your business and data for setup can help customize the program to fit your needs like a glove.

If your processes are not shored up at the start and you need to figure out what you need to track and how you need to track it, the setup can become confusing.

It is easy to make unnecessary adjustments to the system accidentally.

PROS

I appreciate the attention to the client’s needs and patience throughout the setup. I am also pleased with the product’s level of customization and its ability to connect tasks and appointments with calendars.

CONS

It’s not a complaint but a challenge to determine your business needs and how to set those up within the system. It’s easy to adjust the system without that focus and end goal for how the product will work for you.

While there are tutorials on the website and library microsite, some need to be updated. This has been a manageable problem if you have a rep and customer support available to assist you with finding the answer to your questions.

Our company works with marketing communication firms throughout North America and has been using lead nurturing as a daily part of our new business development process for years.

We depend on our ability to generate viable and qualified leads for our services. For several years, we used one of the most recognizable marketing automation/CRM solutions, which worked well.
